USCIS Immigration Physical
(Immigration Medical) Exam

The United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) requires a medical and physical exam as part of the residency and/or entry process to the United States. The rules and requirements are designated by the USCIS:
  • Generally, all applicants filing for adjustment of status to that of a lawful permanent resident must submit Form I-693 completed by a designated civil surgeon. Form I-693 is used to report results of a medical examination to USCIS. The examination is required to establish that an applicant is not inadmissible to the United States on public health grounds.
Our exams are completed on-site by a USCIS designated civil surgeon, Dr. Dicky Bhagat. We offer clear, transparent pricing and offer immunizations on-site for convenience. To speed up the process, please provide all historical vaccination and immunization records that you may have to our office before your appointment.
*For non-English-speaking patients, please bring a translator.
