Your Immigration exam includes the following in a Sealed envelope containing the USCIS I-693 form.
Detailed medical history and physical exam by Dr. Bhagat, including review of required vaccinationsTuberculosis (TB) blood test.

Under the immigration laws of the United States, a noncitizen who applies for an immigrant visa abroad, or who seeks to adjust status to that of a lawful permanent resident while in the United States, is required to receive vaccinations to prevent the following diseases:

What to Expect
Before Your ExamPlease bring the following items with you to your appointment:

During Your ExamBriefly, what will take place:
* If the Tuberculosis blood test is positive, a chest X-ray will be required. |
After Your ExamFollow up or pick up completed paperwork.
Once the lab results are back, you will be contacted by our staff, informed of your test results, and instructed to pick up the completed forms at our office (a sealed envelope containing the USCIS I-693 form and exam records). |
